Wrap up the semester the musical way with CCP’s Music Department’s free series of concerts. Up first, the Jazz & Pop/Rock Ensembles Perform LIVE on Monday, November 27th at 4:00 PM at the Black Box Theater in the Bonnell Building. The Jazz Ensemble performs first, and is followed by the Pop/Rock ensemble. Next, the Electronic Ensemble Performance starts at 5 PM on Thursday, November 30th in the Mint Building’s Spring Garden Records Recording Studio. Who knew that CCP had a state-of-the-art recording studio?
If that wasn’t enough, CCP Music Department’s Chamber & Vocal Ensembles Perform LIVE Monday, December 4th at 2:00 PM in the Mint Building Rotunda. The Chamber Ensemble starts things off and the Vocal Ensemble closes things out. Lastly, the CCP Music Department Voice Concert wraps things up Wednesday, December 6th at 3:00 PM in the Bonnell Building’s Black Box Theater. CCP’s Music Department’s Voice Majors will perform classical, musical theater, jazz and pop music. There’s something for everyone! And again, all of this is free on Main Campus. Come on feel the notes! For more info, see the Creative Arts Academic Pathway page at https://prideportal.ccp.edu/organization/caap.
